I was worried about buying a satin mermaid gown online because I have a pear shape and usually struggle with hip measurements. Took a gamble since the price was way better than renting. It fit surprisingly well! I just had to get the hem taken up a bit because I'm 5'2. Looked incredibly elegant in our church photos and the fabric has a nice weight to it.

Absolutely beautiful drape on this satin. Hugged my curves perfectly and felt so soft against my skin all day.

Honestly, the dress is beautiful and gives an amazing hourglass figure. I'm giving it 4 stars because the train gets pretty heavy going up stairs and is a bit tough to handle on your own. Also, in the really bright midday sun, you could see the silhouette of my legs just a little bit, but nothing serious.

Way better than I expected. The sleeves are super flattering on my arms and the neckline isn't too deep.
