07/25/2026---This dress was exactly what I was looking for! Customer service was awesome from beginning to end. The delivery time on my dress and veil was just as stated, and the items actually showed up early.

It's such a smart idea. I kept them on for the church service for a more traditional vibe, then took them off for the reception so I could move around properly. The train is just the right length too, elegant but not a tripping hazard.

I was worried a mermaid style would be a nightmare to walk in, but the material has just enough give to let me move around freely. It feels incredibly soft against the skin, not scratchy at all like some lace can be. Super thrilled with how comfortable it is to wear.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful when I had a question about the train length. They replied super fast and were really polite. It made the whole buying process totally stress-free.

The package arrived a little beat up on the outside, which gave me a scare. Thankfully, the gown inside was wrapped up safe and sound in thick plastic. Shipping was a bit delayed, but it got here eventually.
