sooo i accidentally ordered the wrong size at first and customer service was an absolute dream to work with. they fixed my order before it shipped! the dress itself is flawless. the stitching is super neat and the 3/4 sleeves hide my arms exactly how i wanted.

It's a gorgeous gown but walking in it is kinda tough? The mermaid bottom is super tight around the knees. I tripped twice just walking down my hallway lol. Fabric is nice and thick though.

The dress is gorgeous and looks just like the pictures. My only complaint is the one-shoulder piece rubs a little bit on my collarbone and got kinda red after wearing it for a few hours.
