I was super nervous ordering a formal gown online for the military ball, but I am so glad I took the chance. The satin has a really nice weight to it and the ruffles add such a fun dramatic touch. I did have to get it hemmed because I'm only five foot two, but otherwise the fit was fantastic. The rhinestones are pretty secure too.

The satin has a beautiful sheen that looks amazing in professional photos. I did notice that arm movement is a little restricted due to the off-the-shoulder design, so don't expect to be doing the YMCA comfortably, but for hugging guests and holding a glass of champagne, it worked out fine. It arrived faster than I expected, too. A lovely gown that made a special day even better for me and my daughter.
