Visually, it's a ten out of ten. The way the sequins are laid out creates this really cool shimmering effect when you walk. I felt super glamorous. But comfort-wise? Maybe a six out of ten. It's not the most breathable fabric, so I was sweating a bit during the dinner portion of the evening. Also, the zipper was kind of sticky; I was terrified my husband was going to break it trying to zip me up. Once it was on, though, it looked fantastic in photos. If you're willing to sacrifice a little comfort for a killer look, go for it.

First off, the colour is stunning—exactly like the picture, very deep and rich. The mermaid silhouette really hugs your curves, which I loved. However, the sizing is a bit tricky. I followed the size chart perfectly, but the waist was still a little loose while the hips were snug. I had to get it tailored last minute to get that perfect fit. Also, the sequins can be a bit scratchy under the arms after wearing it for a few hours. It’s a beautiful gown, but be prepared to make some adjustments to make it work for you.

I didn't expect this dress to look as good in person as it did online, but I was pleasantly surprised. I bought the royal blue sequin version for a winter wedding, and it was a total hit. The sparkle is incredible! It catches the light beautifully without looking cheap. The long sleeves were perfect for the chilly weather, though I will say they were a tiny bit tight around my upper arms, so if you work out, maybe size up. The train is gorgeous but manageable; I didn't trip over it once. Shipping took about two weeks, which wasn't bad at all. Overall, I felt really confident wearing it and got so many compliments throughout the night. Definitely worth the price for a special occasion.

I picked up the black one for my high school grad, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I was worried about ordering a formal dress online, but the quality is actually surprisingly heavy and durable. It’s fully lined, so it’s not see-through at all, which was my biggest fear. Highly recommend if you want to stand out!
