This dress is gorgeous and incredibly well-made! The sizing was bang on, except it was ridiculously long. Alterations ended up costing more than the dress itself. I highly recommend opting for custom sizing to make sure you get the perfect length. My event was just around the corner, so I was really stressed about not receiving it in time. I had it hemmed, which was a challenge because of the beautiful lace detailing at the bottom, and I also got the train bustled. For reference, I'm 5'4" and weigh 235 lbs. I usually wear a size 16 or 18, but I followed the size chart and went with a 20W.

Mamma mia the train on this dress is dramatic and falls beautifully. I was worried the sweep train would be too heavy but the fabric has great movement. Unica pecca: the zipper is a little stiff around the waist seam, you have to zip it up slowly. But honestly for the price the quality is fantastica. Got so many compliments at the gala!
