I highly recommend opting for custom sizing to make sure you get the perfect length. My event was just around the corner, so I was really stressed about not receiving it in time. I had it hemmed, which was a challenge because of the beautiful lace detailing at the bottom, and I also got the train bustled. For reference, I'm 5'4" and weigh 235 lbs. I usually wear a size 16 or 18, but I followed the size chart and went with a 20W.
