I wore this to a winery wedding down in California. Walking through the vineyards was a breeze since the dress flows nicely. The slit is definitely high, maybe a bit higher than I usually wear, so I had to be mindful when sitting on the low wooden benches during the ceremony. The fabric caught the golden hour light beautifully for our group shots.

Wore this for my sister's beach wedding down in Florida. The satin material felt really nice against my skin even though it was pretty humid out. I was worried the slit would blow open in the ocean breeze, but it actually just gave my legs some room to breathe. The wedding was at a fancy downtown hotel with a massive staircase. Walking down those stairs in heels was surprisingly easy because of the leg slit. The satin has a nice shine under the indoor chandelier lighting, though the colour looked slightly darker inside than it did in natural sunlight. It was a solid choice for an evening black-tie optional event.
