Arrived in a pretty standard plastic bag, which was a bit of a bummer since it got pretty wrinkled in transit. Had to spend a good chunk of time steaming the satin to get it looking right. Once the wrinkles were out, though, it looked gorgeous. The beading is pretty nice.

I accidentally ordered the wrong colour at first, but getting ahold of the support team was a breeze. They fixed my mistake really quickly before shipping it out. The replacement arrived in perfect condition and the shade is exactly as pictured on the screen. Top-notch service.
