I originally bought the wrong colour by mistake, oops! But the customer service team was super helpful and got it swapped out for the dusty rose before shipping it out. The dress itself is lovely and the floor-length cut is very elegant. Taking off one star just because the zipper is a bit tricky to pull up by yourself, you definitely need a friend to help out. Otherwise, it's fabulous!
