Those short sleeves are everything! I hate going sleeveless, so finding a formal dress with cute sleeves that don't look frumpy is such a miracle.

Overall a pretty decent dress for the price. The material is nice and flowy. My only issue is that it's way too long on me. I'm pretty short so I definitely have to get it hemmed before the event. Other than that, it fits okay around the waist. 🤷‍♀️
