The V-neck isn't too low, which I appreciate. The colour is exactly what we saw on the screen. It fits a bit longer on me than a true tea length because I'm only 5'2", so I'll have to get it hemmed just a tiny bit. Otherwise, it's a really solid choice and comfortable enough to wear all day.
