I ordered this for my mom for my sister’s engagement party, and she looked absolutely stunning. She’s usually very picky about fabrics because she hates anything that feels synthetic or sweaty, but she loved this acetate satin material. It has a nice weight to it, so it drapes really beautifully over the body. The sleeves gave her the arm coverage she wanted without looking matronly. We did have to steam it quite a bit right out of the package to get the creases out, which is expected, but once it was smooth, it looked perfect. She was beaming in all the photos.

The asymmetrical hemline is really fun for walking on the deck; it catches the breeze nicely. It’s modest enough for a church event but stylish enough for a party. The long sleeves are elegant, though I wish the cuffs had a little more stretch.

This dress saved me at the last minute for a black-tie work dinner. I had ordered something else that was a disaster, and this one arrived just in time. The fit is surprisingly forgiving. I have a bit of a tummy, and the way the ruffles are positioned actually hides it really well. It’s super comfortable to sit in for a long dinner, which is rare for formal wear. The material has a nice sheen to it under the lights. I’d say if you are between sizes, maybe size up just for comfort in the arms, but overall, I’m really happy with this purchase.

I’m usually a pantsuit kind of person, but I needed a dress for a very traditional wedding. This was a good compromise because it felt structured and secure. The V-neck isn't too plunging, and the long sleeves made me feel covered and comfortable. The satin has a lovely glow to it, not that cheap shiny look you sometimes get with online orders. I did find the shoulders a little bit boxy on my frame, but a quick alteration fixed that right up. It’s a very decent dress that looks much better in person than it does in the photos.

I did have to get the hem taken up a little bit since I'm on the shorter side, but otherwise, the fit was great. I felt elegant but still comfortable enough to dance.
