Finding an outfit for a corporate gala is always stressful since you want to look great but keep it professional. This dress was the perfect fix. The 3/4 sleeves give it a sophisticated vibe, and the lace isn't overly flashy. I felt totally appropriate around my boss and coworkers, but still felt pretty and dressed up.
