I ordered this for a winter ball and paired it with a faux fur shawl. The combination looked amazing! The fabric is thick enough that I wasn't freezing, but breathable enough for the dance floor. The ruffle detail down the front is very slimming and draws the eye vertically, which makes me look taller. I did have to steam it quite a bit to get the ruffles to lay flat initially, but once they settled, they looked great. A really beautiful gown for the price point.
