The customer service was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process—super helpful, responsive, and reassuring. I have to admit I ordered my dress quite late, so I was a little stressed about getting it on time. But Missacc really came through for me: my dress arrived only 3 weeks after I placed my order and sent my measurements, meaning I had it 4 days before my wedding! Most importantly, it fit beautifully. The off-the-shoulder neckline was so elegant, the corset-style back fit perfectly, and the fabric had such a lovely structure and movement. I felt feminine, comfortable, and beautiful in it all day long. It also photographed wonderfully, exactly the timeless, romantic look I was going for. I got so many compliments on the dress, and looking back at our wedding photos, I’m still so happy with my choice. 🤍 I would absolutely recommend the custom sizing option, especially if you want the dress made specifically to your measurements.
