1. What Is My Wallet?

It is a virtual wallet linked to your MISSACC account where you can store and access your credits if you return items and choose store credit instead of a refund to the original credit card or PayPal account used to make the purchase.

2. How To Use My Wallet?

You can check your wallet balance by signing into your account and clicking “My Wallet” under “My Assets” or during checkout. You may apply your MISSACC wallet balance to a purchase on MISSACC, subject to the Terms. Please note that if the currency used to pay for your order is different from your wallet's currency, the wallet balance option will not appear on the checkout page.

3. Can I Still Pay With My Wallet If I Already Applied A Coupon Code?

Absolutely! You can use your wallet balance together with a coupon code.

4. Can I Withdraw The Money From My Wallet?

If you return an item and choose to receive store credit instead of a refund to the credit card or PayPal account originally used, you will not be able to redeem that store credit for cash.

5. Can I Transfer My Wallet Balance To Another MISSACC Account?

Unfortunately, transferring your wallet balance from one MISSACC account to another is not possible.

6. I Never Used The Wallet Balance, Why Is It Empty?

If you proceeded to checkout with your wallet balance but didn't complete the transaction, the applied balance stays with that unpaid order. To get your balance back, just cancel the order by clicking the CANCEL button in My Orders, and the balance will be restored to your wallet.
